Find medicines near you

Go to the Find Medicines tab, type the drug name in the search box, and you will see all pharmacies near you that have it in stock along with the price.

Stock levels update in real time. Try another pharmacy or use the Consultations tab to ask a pharmacist for alternatives.

When browsing medicines, tap the heart icon next to any pharmacy name. It will appear in your My Pharmacies tab.

Go to My Pharmacies, tap Consult on your preferred pharmacy, describe your symptoms, and a pharmacist will respond with recommended medicines.

Most pharmacists respond within a few hours. You will see a notification badge on the Consultations tab when they reply.

When your order is ready, the pharmacist will notify you and show a 6-character code. Go to the pharmacy, show this code at the counter, and collect your medicines.

Make sure you are using the same email and password you registered with. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password on the login page.

Go to My Doctor tab and tap Find a Doctor. You can browse doctors in your city and send a request to set one as your primary care physician.

Yes. Only doctors you specifically approve can see your records. You can revoke access at any time in the My Records → Access Control tab.
