The admin team reviews new pharmacies within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification once approved. Contact us on WhatsApp if it has been longer than 3 days.

Go to the Inventory tab and tap Add Stock / New Batch. Enter the drug, quantity, selling price, expiry date and batch number.

When you mark a patient order as Completed or a consultation as Patient Collected, the system automatically deducts the sold quantities using FIFO (oldest batch first).

Go to the Orders Queue. Find the order, review it, and update the status as you prepare it. When ready, mark it as Ready for pickup — the patient gets notified automatically.

Go to the Consultations tab, open the patient's request, and add your drug suggestions with dosage and quantity. The patient then selects and confirms their medicines.

In the Transfers section, tap Request Transfer, search for a nearby pharmacy, and request the drug and quantity you need.

In the Inventory tab under Expiry Alerts, tap Remove next to the batch to take it off active stock. This also logs the adjustment.

Your stock has dropped below the threshold (default 20 units). Tap Restock to send an order to a supplier, or request a transfer from another pharmacy.
